Upon her military retirement, her desire to assist patients manage their pain through alternative modalities brought Dr. Loew to open her clinic in 1999. In 1988, she completed her Acupuncture training with the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture, UCLA, under the tutelage of Dr. Joseph Helms, and she was the first to practice medical acupuncture in the military. In January 1999, she was licensed by the New Jersey Acupuncture Examining Boards.
A graduate of the University Of Santo Thomas School Of Medicine, Manila, Philippines in 1965, Dr. Loew completed Anesthesiology residency in Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY. She is board certified in Anesthesiology, practicing in NJ and an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
